I had these jokers come give me an estimate. Unprofessional, expensive, and flat out rude. I got there number out of the yellow pages and not only will I not use Patterson, I also won't be using that particular phone book. This fellow, Jim, was especially rude and ignorant. He even made a pass at my wife. What an absolute joker of a company. I would give no stars if that was an option. more
