Pat's Towing Ctr

I have never written a review before but felt I needed to make sure people are aware of this horrible place. I know they are giving kickbacks to local venues in Worcester. I parked my car in a lot that was not clearly marked and ran into the post office for what I thought would be a quick transaction. I came out to find my car had been towed. I went into the establishment and the person was extremely rude and smug and said oh well my shuttle can give you a ride to get it. When I got to Pat's the person was extremely rude and ignored me while playing solitaire on his computer. When he finally did acknowledge me he said I had to pay $125 cash and I could walk more than a mile with my son to a Western Union if that is what I needed to do. I am sure they only take cash so they can give the other establishment a kickback! Very dishonest! Should be put out of business!!!!!! more

They just lost their state police and AAA contract. They steal cars and move them to Accurate so Accurate gives them a kick-back. Martha Coakley's office needs to get involved big time!!! I think I will keep putting in my complaints until they are out of Worcester! more

Pat's has been paying their employees under the table one of the employess hapens to be my daughters father. He owes me over $11,000 in back child support ! This company pays him in cash so child support can't attatch his wages and he doesn't file for taxes and girls let him stay at their place so the state can't find him. The State also took his licence and Pat's still lets him work there. This is a very dishonest company and needs to go under !!!! Please contact the Better Busness Bureau and the Irs file tax form 3949a for tax fraud ! If this company has been honest with money exchanges etc call the Better Buisness Bureau I have called and spoke to owner he was very rude to me. He told me that my daughters father doesn't work there but then he called me a hour later ! Several people have seen him work there and know they pay him and other workers cash under the table ! Please don't do buisness with this company ! more
