I will never call Pat's Plumbing again. Called them out to change a kitchen faucet, which I had already purchased, the estimate was $345.74 to install a kitchen faucet? Totally...

I will never call Pat's Plumbing again. Called them out to change a kitchen faucet, which I had already purchased, the estimate was $345.74 to install a kitchen faucet? Totally ridiculous, once my wife declined the service, they then charge you a $42.57 dispatch fee, what a joke. Didn't really seem like a fair assessment of a simple job, their online web ad makes them seem trustworthy. We found another licensed company, the same day that did this job for almost 1/2 the price. My experience was not what I read on their reviews. more

Pat's Plumbing for hire or/ HIGHEST!? 7/5/2011

A recent service call had me motivated to share. The Pat's Plumbing service techician was extremely professional and curtious. The estimate on the project, however reflected the service.....whow (*Not $ high, but HIGHER!)! After regaining composure , I decided not to use Pat's. However, we were stung by a $40 service charge for the estimate/ trip fee?!!? Our next plumbing company estimate came in at 1/3 of the cost of Pat's. We are happy with OPEN-ROOTERS pricing, service & performance! I enjoy story's with a 'morale'; In the future I'll get three seperate esimates for plumbing projects. And, assure they come without 'trip/ estimate ($) charges!!! Happy plumbing! more
