Best

Used the Brazilian Knot hair method for many years in a salon in Connecticut. My hair was shedding from the tightness of the knots. I called Patricia's Hair Extensions Salon NYC...

A go for the Fusion hair extensions. Patricia's Salon is the fusion hair extensions leader in New York.. I wasted tons of money in Manhattan for bad hair extensions before i found Patricia's earlier this year. I have done 2 Fusion hair extensions this year. First with Great Lengths Hair Extensions and then with Lux Hair Extensions. My hair looks and feels great. My hair extensions are natural looking, and give me the long hair that my modeling job requires me to have. The salon is chic, and very close to Manhattan, where I both live and work. Patricia gives the best consultations. Ask for her, she is the best. They also do great hair cuts and hair colors, I have done many different services in the salon, and can say that everyone is great. Bye Pros: Fusion Hair extensions more

MICROCHET.....hair extension 11/30/2009

I am someone who is always in search of new styles invented and try them all!. I was looking for something that was hidden from me and got to know about MICROCHET… name itself sounds interesting. So as usual, as per my habit I reached Patricia's salon or new & fresh experience, new people, new place & of course new style. The stylist was friendly, she let me know about the method in brief. She assured there wouldn't be any application of heat or chemicals for attachment, or strong chemicals for removal. The extension hair is placed on a crochet hook and attached one by one using a special thread technique. and for removal she smiled and said, ""As the natural hair grows out, the extension will become loose.Removal is done by cutting the thread"". I can only say this that i love Melinda at Patricia's Salon simply for what she does with my hairs. She fixed up all my bad haircuts, and guess what i constantly get compliments . But the most important thing is you have to book in advance because she is damn popular, guys so don't wait a minute more or else you'll miss her.\r Cons: get a appointment, so you don't have to wait more

I stumbled upon this salon over the internet. The reviews were great so I made an appointment and went in. The decor was very nice, however my haircut and color turned out to be trash. It was nothing like the description I gave to the stylist. When I tried to explain to the stylist I was unhappy she was not only arrogant, but she was indignant. She informed me that she knew better than I what looked best. It seems it no longer matters what the customer wants. For that reason I felt it was necessary to write a review. These reviews rating this salon are B.S . I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I would never recommend Patricia's salon to anyone. Cons: This salon is not what it's hyped up to be more

Artist at Patricia's Salon 11/27/2009

Nico is really an artist with scissors, some gel and hair color.If you watch the clients going in and out you would see an artist at work. On top of that with the sarcastic humor in stand up comedy way, you are entertained while you are there. I was laughing till i had tears in my eyes. This is a unique salon who has artist with hands as well as tongue, you must watch them. more

Hairlocs hair extension at Patricias salon 11/26/2009

I am not very keen for using chemicals, glues or heating stuff to get my hair done. So I came across something which doesn't include all this stuff. It was hairlocs method & then I rushed to get it done as early as possible for the veterans day. There I came to know that i can get the exact match according to my hairs color and texture. It was easy to apply because the hair comes with a wax tip on the end of it and can be used over several times if maintained properly. I choose invisible locs above visible, they are larger in size but fine to handle, and removal is also at ease. The hairloc extension last for either 3 months or until 3-inches of growth, so it is a best option so far to get stuck too. I can recommend Patricia's salon highly enough. Everybody walking out of it looked fabulous, and every customer I encountered while there, seemed as happy as I was with the excellent service provided. So in future I will always walk in The Patricia's salon to get my hairs polished and transformed as per the latest and current trend. Thanks Patricia. Patricia's salon is special because my hairstylist knows what exactly I want.She keeps my natural look but gives a spunk of color to my hair along with increased length. My hair length is increased that it touches my buttocks.even I like the fact that my stylist tells me about different types of product which she uses on my hair and why, she uses all branded and high quality product. I also have lot of fun when i am there. more

I m really picky about my hairs,particularly about highlights. Patricia really knows how to make it work. Every time I walk off with a huge smile and satisfied that my hairs looking healthy and beautiful. Even it may take sometime to get an appointment, it's worth it. This place is my dream place. more

Great experience so far with hair stylist. The stylist gave the best length to my hairs and along with it gave it a beautiful look by cutting in long and layered cut. Patricia seems very knowledgeable about hair, like things to make hair suit my face etc. I was in and got out within an hour no doubt ill go back again. Pros: hair cut,hair stylist,good ambience more
