I had only heard good things about Dr. Passman, until my father became one of his patients. My father was told he had a diagnosis of cancer, which later turned out to be false. When my father made further attempts to contact Dr. Passman's office about questions he had concerning this disheartening diagnosis, he was ignored. He was promised on three different occaisions a phone call from Dr. Passman. He never got a single call. He finally, out of my frustration, went to Dr. Passman's office to try and get some answers. He sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes. When he went back to the front desk, the staff admitted they had already forgotten he was there. How can we trust that the specimen was really benign? How can we trust anything told to us by this over-scheduled office, who obviously is lacking in care for their patient's concerns. My father will be seeking a second opinion.
Cons: Concern for patients, see comment.
