Parkland View Apartments

I've lived in Parkland View for one year, three months. I love it. The gym is great, and it is never crowded. It is in close proximity to a brand new elementary school and awesome fitness, bike, and run park. The pool is a great bonus as well - we stayed around on the weekends many times to hang by the pool, saving money. The maintenance guys are quick and easy to talk to. The other residents are clean and respectful. The location itself is perfect - right off of 222, 100, 78 and the PA turnpike. The kitchens are amazing as well and what a relief to have your own washer and dryer - no more Laundromat! more

I've lived in Parkland View for a few months now and I've had nothing but great experiences. People online complain about the construction, but I live right near it and it really isn't that loud. I don't know if you moved in when different people were working here, but whenever I call maintenance they show up pretty quickly and they are super friendly. I actually have Service Electric and it's been working great (so there is more than one option of cable). Plus the gym is awesome, I use it everyday. No complaints here! more

Worse place to live runaway from Parkland view Worse apartment complex I ever seen in my life and I have been renting for the last 10 years and let me tell you why 1- The Staff very rude and disrespect to their resident specially the manager (David Perlmutter) he will threating you to charge you money if you forget your key and you lock yourself out and he will. 2- To fix something will take ages. 3- The apartment pricy but very low quality everything will fall apart as soon as you move in. 4- The complex under construction so you can forget to sleep late during weekend or if you are sick. Expect you will be awake by 6am by a strong heavy machinery noise 5- They have only one cable company (RCN) and it is the worse company ever but they keep it because RCN pay them a lot of money. 6- The leasing will response to any complaint by saying (Ok go talk to your lawyer and we will talk to mine) Bottom line if you want to spend one year of your life in hell then you are welcome to Parkland View apartment. more
