I only take my cars to Steve at Park Road Auto. He treats me with courtesy and respect. He treats my cars as if they were his own. He goes over everything to make sure every part is working as it should. He also takes the extra time and care to find a better price, if he believes a new part is overpriced. He knows I don't want my car breaking down on the road, so his work is such that I hardly ever see him, except for my yearly maintenance check. I can't recommend him or his work more highly! more

Reasonable Prices 2/14/2012

What a lifesaver. 11/18/2011

I broke down on the freeway and a tow truck driver recommended this shop. He fixed my car that same day and recommended other repairs that I knew I needed anyways. Also, I knew I was at the right place because the owner or manager knew all these customers in the waiting area by name and they all said good things about him. What a lifesaver. more

Service We Can Trust 11/14/2011

I have a 10 year old vehicle. Park Road Auto Service has taken care of it for a number of years now and I am SO appreciative of the fact that they do not take advantage of me. In fact, they advised me NOT to sink an extra $400 into it that I thought it needed. Thank you for your honesty and ethics! It sure is refreshing to have a service center you can trust! more

I got the best 10/25/2011

Like a lot of Subaru owners, I love my Subaru. So when I set out to find a mechanic, I wanted the best, and I believe I found them. I really liked that they took the time to explain things and made some recommendations to postpone some work until it was absolutely needed, which would save me some money. All the work was completed and the car is running great. Thanks guys. more

Honest People 10/24/2011

Highly recommended. They fixed several items on my 2003 Passat at a fraction of the dealer cost and my car actually drives better. Very honest and straight forward. So glad to have found this shop. more
