This is what car buying should be like! Piers (our salesman) and Malcolm (finance manager) were both very pleasant and easy to deal with. They answered our questions fully, Piers went to great lengths to make sure my wife was comfortable with all the features of the car, and Malcolm educated me about the various finance options and add-ons, but didn't push them hard. Very pleasant experience all-around. I'll definitely come back for my next car, and refer all my friends here. more

In 2007 I purchased my first car, out of college, at Park Place Volvo. I was treated with respect and smiles the moment I walked in the door. My sales person, Mariette Picca, whom I've worked with on both my vehicles, never once was pushy or assuming. She is knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy and made me feel as if she was on my side the entire time. Three years later, I spotted a 2010 S40 with a few upgrades from my 2007. Again, I worked with Mariette making the process just as wonderful as my first purchase. The 2010 also had the 5-5-5- warranty, which caught my eye. Therefore, I traded my 2007 S40 and purchased a 2010 S40. I could not be happier! Over the years, I have had the opportunity to purchase, trade-in, and utilize the service center at Park Place Volvo. My fiance and I will never shop with another dealer or use a service center other than Park Place Volvo's. more

I must say that the treatment at Park Place Volvo exceeds the competition by a mile! The sales staff was excellent. Germaine is truly in a class by himself when it comes to sales and communication skills.
