This review is specifically for Eric, the property manager. There were couple incidences, which required urgent attention. In the first incidence, there was water overflowing from the sink in the kitchen. As it was after the regular office hours, I emailed Eric to update him about the situation. Eric personally visited our apartment, and made sure that overflowing is taken care of. In the other instance, there was leak in the boiler room and water was seeping into our walk-in closet, which I noticed late in the night. This was fixed next thing in the morning. We really appreciate the help provided by Eric. He is always prompt in responding to urgent matters, and will also follow up to make sure that the problem is resolved. more

Review for Oliver! 2/27/2017

Went with my boyfriend, we are relocating for our new job this was our first place to check out near cupertino. Did not schedule any appointment and dropped by on a crazy busy saturday! Oliver helped us out gave us a great tour! Showed us some great 763 Sq.Ft. and we wanted to book and should have but as we went to check the other places nearby. We came back wanting to book a unit but was already booked! Now we know for next time to just book right away. Oh well, nice staff friendly community and was well worthwhile taking a tour. more

Park Kiely Review 2/23/2017

Was looking at some places near cupertino as for my boyfriend works in the area. This place is very big and it is family oriented. Was introduced to Oliver who was very friendly helped us out big time. He was so kind enough to answer all out thousands of questions to the best of his ability. One down side on the property is that they do not offer any sort of storage, washers and dryers are not in the units. Big bummer to me but those are my issues. My boyfriend likes the place very much as it is not to far from apple in cupertino. more

Went with my buddy looking at some Westwoods had an appointment with Oliver today on this rainy day. He got straight to the point made everything worthwhile. Will discuss with my other roommates about proceeding, only problem is that parking is expensive. The pricing update on the parking to add spots are priced at $100 uncovered and $125 for a covered parking spot, and yes it is a month. more

Friendly people 2/16/2017

Was talking to Oliver when i went to get information on the rooms. He is super nice and understood my enlgish. When he went to get the keys. Pam was very friendly offering me coffee or water. I like the experience i had at park kiely and it is such a nice place. But i cannot do 12 month lease because in summers i usually go back to my homeland. But this place is super nice! more

Oliver Queen Review 2/13/2017

Not a resident here just came to visit my family when the worse came to happen. My car died and Park Kiely was about to close, so i ran to the office and unfortunately they did not have any jumper cables to lend me but Oliver Queen had some in his car. He drove to where my car was parked and help me jump start my vehicle but unfortunately that did not work. So he then stayed and put his time to help me with my car but unfortunately it did not work. Mr. Queen at least tried and for that I am thankful to him. more

Park Kiely Review for Oliver 2/12/2017

This place is so NICE! Went with my boyfriend and took a tour with Oliver who was so very nice and we asked him a ton of questions and he answered with the best of his ability. Only problem with the place for us is.... this is more of a family environment and parking seems to be an issue. No storage room, and no washer and dryers in the units. These things would bring my rating to a 4, but Oliver and Pamela who helped him, made it a 5 ***** they gave us a great tour experience to remember, both were so friendly. more

I recently toured park kiely with Pamela Petersen and she was very informative and welcoming. She was able to answer all the questions I had. The property had various amenities however the 2 bedroom was out of my price range. Overall great customer service and nice property. more

Big but not big enough for me 1/26/2017

This place is so fully loaded! So many great things to do, just one big problem... I party so much I cannot invite friends over really. But it is very nice big place, Oliver showed me around and it is very nice but I think the apartments too small, maybe I need a bigger place for parties and I see too many kids here. more

Nice Place 1/26/2017

Went over this past weekend to Park Kiely and was looking for somebody. I didn't have an appointment but ran into Oliver. Oliver was not to booked to that was a good thing for me. He took me on a tour gave good information and showed me all Park Kiely had to offer. Pressure free and would recommend my friends to tour with him through appointment or catch him if he isn't busy. Only problem is that prices are high out of my range for a college grad looking for work. Therefore the 4 stars but a nice place overall. more

Fast Fun and Nice 1/24/2017

The team at park kiely were very friendly Oliver gave me a tour and was super nice showed us some units in our price range. Only problem is that my husband has a bunch of tools and without storage that makes it a bit harder for us. But the place is nice many great amenities and Oliver was a great tour guide. Loved the environment, plus the schooling is important and there are great schools in the area. more

Went over to check out some apartments at Park Kiely a few days ago. Was greeted by Oliver O. Forgot his last name hopefully it doesn't matter much. The location is great near my work at Apple, and pricing is not bad at all. If you go to Park Kiely I'd recommend you book an appointment or ask for Oliver, he is a great guy knows how to give you a tour of a lifetime. Very friendly and I thought it would be best for everyone else to know, but aside from Oliver all the staff in leasing are very friendly. more
