I used them last year no problem, then I moved and returned this year to them gave the guy my credit card and we specifically went over the dates of the payments because I am on a strict budget. Everything was fine for a week then my account was charged $320.00 for all the months I never ever even used the tanning facilities, my checking account was overdrawn and after 10 calls to the salon and numerous messages I got no answer from anyone in management. I spent hours on the phone and went up there several times in person and still after a week have not recieved any phone call or any explanation. WHEN I Resigned up they told me verbally I would NOT be charged until 5-18-09, this was on 4-9-09 on 4-13-09 they charged me $320.00 on this day 4-18-09 I still have no answer from anyone in management all I get is the same poor guy who signed me up saying he is sorry and cant help me. This is not acceptable and was never told to me upfront in fact the oppisite I was reassured that I wouldnt be charged any amount until 5-18-09 and that would be $33.88, I am losing sleep and had to file papers at the Bank, This Place has Horrible management, If you treat customers like this and cause this kind of pain to people in this economy, your either non skilled as a manger or just a bad person. My advice is dont give them your credit card number, I had to get my bank to reverse the charges as noone here would ever respond to my calls or questions.
