I live in Washington and my son goes to school in Idaho - haven't heard any happy repair stories. Spoke with a few repair shops on the phone. I chose Mike at Paradise Ford because of his approach to diagnosing the potential problem and their hourly rate was in the middle of other shops I called. They were able to fit my son's car in, have it looked at and diagnosed a simple, inexpensive fix--quickly! Very happy customer. Will definitely go back... U of I Mom in Seattle... more

Great service 9/23/2005

I was having trouble with my Ford. I wanted to take it to an expert. They did a wonderful job. They even came to my house to pick it up, more than once. They really went out of their way to help me. After I had to take it back in, because it wasn't quite right, they took care of everything, and did charge me one penny more. more

high sales pitch 8/19/2005

I did have them serviced my car once - it is a warranty service yet they wanted to charge me even I showed them the warranty and ford would reimburse them the cost. the manager made lots of calls and eventually got confirmed it was warranty service. wasted my on hour time. they had my phone number since then for half a year I got lots of unwanted calls from them. I am not going to be a returning customer. more
