I went to Paradise Embroidery and Silkscreen because I heard about the work they did some work for some local kids' sports teams. I wanted one lab coat embroidered with my name and area of work. The woman I spoke with took the lab coat, and wrote down my name and other info; I double-checked the spelling and paid in advance. When I picked up the lab coat, my name was spelled incorrectly! The employee who brought out the coat went to get the woman who took my order; she acknowledged the error, but refused to have it corrected! I know I will never be a high-volume customer, but I cannot recommend this business at all due to this incident.
