If you look at the reviews that were left, you can quickly realize they have no busines owning property. Paradise isn't making money on the move-in/move-out business. It's the association (aka your neighbor). If they knew how a building ran, they would know that the neighbors band together and hire a professional company to handle the day to day stuff. The important stuff is handled by your elected neighbors. As a board member at a building that is managed by Paradise, I can same I am extremely pleased with them. Nicole... Did you ever once come to a board meeting? NO. You lived 3 doors down from the room where the meetings were held and you never once came. Really can't complain about how the building is run if you never come to a meeting. But I know its your cop-out venting on the internet when you think no one knows who you are.\r \r As a re-cap. I'm in the markethouse downtown St. Paul. There has been problems with the cooling units, so BOB PARIDISE waits until the last minute to do anything about it. It is now the end of June and we still have NO AIR. Total miss-managed company that needs to be sued. Pros: These guys are a joke. Paradise and Associates is a horrible management company from the perspective of a home owner living in their facilities. They are dictators who are money hungry. They charge so many fees for every little thing. Thankfully I am moving out of this place at the end of July, but they are even profiting on that! 150 for condo documents, 150 on some disclosure and 200 YES 200 hundred dollar move out fee! What does this include? Reserving the elevators, and all the paperwork that is involved. I just cant figure it out, association dues are SKY HIGH in this place, and I have to pay for you to file paperwork???? Not, to worry though, the poor soul that purchased our house, will also have to pay 200 dollars to move in. So here is the Association banking 400 dollars for more paperwork!! This is ludicrious! The property manager at my building is rude, and doesnt have answers to any of my questions. She always refers me to call the main office. Not sure what she does all day, because all I ever see her doing is sitting on her butt talking to her maintance men. She should be managing and he should be maintencing! For what I pay for Association dues, they should be there 24/7 working on all the stuff that could be done. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for any reason. They are Hilter of the property management companies, and I am more than thrilled to be moving out from under their grasp. Pros: Perfect if you are looking to live in assisted living! Hired them to manage our condo building. Great on-site staff and business management. Saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars in renogotiated service contracts and insurance negotiations. Pros: Building management ran a tight ship Cons: Sometimes tough to reach live people on phones more

Whatever you do, dont think of using Paradise and Associates. Very bad management and not helpful. So annoying! more
