Papa Pablano's recently moved, and the food is always consistently authentic Mexican Charlene and I ate there a couple weeks ago. the prices went up slightly, but you have a much larger dining room, larger parking lot, and easier street access. I think they will be better than ever in this new location 116 Highway 71 N De Queen, AR 870-642-2566 they have six other locations in Arkansas, and Oklahoma VISA, MasterCard, and American Express accepted. more

Papa Poblano's 8/15/2006

On Sunday, August 13, 2006 went to eat supper at the new location of Papa Poblano's Mexican Cafe in De Queen, AR. As usual the food and service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for Mexican. more

UPDATE: 4/2/2006

in writing this piece the other day, I got hungry for Papa food. girlfriend had enchiladas, I had beef chimichangas, with chili on one, and sour cream sauce on the other, Rice and beans on the side, and sweet tea, just right Charlene asks me why I order sweet tea...... places that make sweet tea usually get it right..... filling dinner, left about 2 bites on plate..... great service, and I was able to park right outside the front door. more

GREAT MEXICAN FOOD, ready to go back anytime 3/31/2006

I have been to this restaurant twice, and ready to go back again anytime. YES, it can get crowded on a weekend evening... but that means it is a place to get delicious food. try the Quesidillas....... with chili... its a full meal with beans and rice, I was well satisfied when I left. more
