Papa johns on Sunset in Rocky Mount NC is horrible. 16 times calling with no answer, just straight to hold! No ""Hello, papa johns, this is their name speaking! Just staight to voicemail, 16 times! And this was me giving them another try after the last time I called them, I was 30 mins outside of town heading through to go home. I called and was on hold until I got there, ordered when I got there, watching them take other calls and had to wait 40 mins for them to make my food. RIDICULOUS!!! more

WORST customer service. 11/5/2011

Papa john's on sunset is the absolute worst. I ordered a pizza on Saturday at 10:00, the pizza never came to my home. I called them at 11:00PM and stated my pizza never arrived, and the guy named ROBERT hung up in my ear. Yes! Hung up the phone. I called back and asked for my money back (I paid online - ordered online.) Well, he said, ""your order will be canceled."" Then hung up again! I called back one more time, and asked when will my money be returned to my account and he HUNG UP again. I called the 1800 number! These people don't have any customer service skills whatsoever! No one should ever order there again. Go to another papa john's restaurant. more
