The owner of this Papa John's is extremely rude and have no customer service manners what-so-ever. He speaks degrading about Mormons how they flack discount and not wanting to pay regular price his service attitude is lower than poor. Please don't honor his store until he can treat his customers no matter their religion appropriately and his pizza are better. The worker are quite nice but seems uncomfortable around him and his bad manners. more

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!! 5/8/2011

I LOVE papa johns pizza, but this location is horrible!!! They screwed up our order and when we called to complain there were no apologies. They wouldn't make a new pizza, they wouldn't refund anything and they were extremely rude on the phone. The customer is not always right when dealing with these people. It's too bad that such a good franchise has such terrible management. Order from pizza factory instead, the quality of both food and service are much higher, yes it's more expensive, but the coupons in your phone book will make it just about even! They have lost me as a customer for good, don't support this franchise, they are bad people that own and manage it!!! more

We're staying in a hotel and tried Papa John's. We were left on hold for over 11 minutes but after calling back and letting them know, we were given a free side of bread sticks. The food was very good but being in a hotel, we needed the 'extras' such as napkins, plates, cheese packets and such. I delivered pizza in college and was always ready with these on hand so I was a bit disappointed when the driver said I needed to request them when I called in. All in all, it was good food, nice people and quick service. Pros: good food, tasty and fast Cons: driver didn't have napkins,plates,peppers,etc more
