they lady on the switchboard was very unhelpful. we called for an emergency but they turned us away (well they were close) but they could've at least told us nicely or recommended...

Bad service 6/29/2010

I called last Sunday to check if I can take my dog for emergency! The doctor assistant told me they're not open on Sundays and when tried asking for possible first aid treatment, the girl rudely cut me off and told me to just call back the following day! What kind of patient\r service is that? more
