Panera Bread

Every time that I've been to Panera, I've always been pleased with the sandwich and soup I get. The atmosphere and food make for a very enjoyable experience at Panera. They are located right next to the food court and in full view of the carousel. Hard to miss. They also offer free Wi-Fi (both at Panera and the mall offers it in the food court area). more

Panera's is a strategically located restaurant at the Coral Ridge Mall. I would know this because for the past 5 years I have been a customer there at least 3 days a week, after walking 3 miles in the mall for exercise. The bottomless iced tea, coffee or soft drinks are always a good way to wind down after walking and catch up on the latest with friends who frequent Panera's. It is something of a gathering place for the oldsters in the area. You will see the same faces day after day and if one is missing you ask if anything is wrong. Sometimes there is a bagel purchase to go with the tea. Cinnamon crunch is my favorite and evedently a crowd pleaser since frequently by mid afternoon they are just about out of them. I like the iced tea and coffee both as they are always freshly brewed. If you have a earning for more to eat try the Pick Two, a half sandwich and half salad of your choice or a bowl of soup and sandwich or salad really hit the spot and you get more than enough to fill you. Sometimes it seem that there are a lot of workers behind the counters and no one at the registers but when they do wait on you they are always friendly. I've been such a regular customer that they usually whip up the iced tea glass before I give my order. Once in awhile I fool them. ;-) more

When I mention "asiago lovers" I am speaking of literally everyone that resides in my home...including the dog! This bread is just dense enough to hold the thickest of toppings, and flavorful enough that you can taste the sharp asiago flavor oozing through each slice! And if asiago isn't your favorite flavor then try the french bread, bagels or my personal favorite...the sourdough. All are available at a wonderful price and are freshly baked throughout the day. And for those who can't make up their minds there are re-loadable Panera cards that are perfect for gifts...after all, everyone likes fresh bread! So the next time you are wandering throughout the mall, stop in Panera and see what they have to offer...I rpomise you won't be sorry, and who knows you and I might just meet up...look for the strawberry blonde with the smile on her face and the huge bag in her hands!
