We love Panera's food, however found ourselves unwelcome at this particular Panera. We had 20 people dine there for an office BD party and although ""first-come, first-serve"" for tables (they don't take reservations), we were told by the manager how large groups are discouraged from dining with them because it ""didn't leave seating for others who come in over the busy lunch hour"". Hmm...we should leave because others who didn't arrive before us may not have seating?! Aren't we also paying customers? Needless to say there are 20 of us and our families that won't be frequenting this Panera's anymore. We were disappointed to hear that our business wasn't needed because they may have others who haven't come in yet that might get angry if we sit at tables eating lunch and taking up space. It's sad when businesses don't need customers.
