Palos Immediate Care 6/26/2010

I must have gone on a good day. I read the other reviews and found out that many people have had a terrible time here. My experience was great though. We waited about 45 min to get into a room and then the nurse and doctor were very pleasant. Every keep wishing me well too. I hope this type of service continues so there will be more good reviews. more

Awful Experience 2/2/2010

I waited in the waiting room for over an hour (what felt like 3 hours, I was the only one there). Was then moved to wait in the exam room for another eternity. A grumpy doctor came in for 30 seconds to do a strep test, then a nurse came back 45 minutes later with no information. I now have a bill for $292.00. more

I was billed over $300 for my son's 5 minute visit and strep screen - not going back there again more

NEVER GO TO PALOS 2/12/2009

I had to wait forever to get care when I went to the hospital. Didn't receive any bills for the care that I did receive and then get a call from a collections agency telling me that I owe them money. Were rude and unhelpful and would NOT recommend to anyone else. Staff and people on the phone that I spoke with were not helpful and quite rude. Plus, whole issue of not billing me and then they inform me that they called me a few times...never received a call. more

Emergency care 4/11/2006

The immediate care center has very convenient hours and stays open late. The facility is clean and the waiting room is comfortable. I've always been happy with the doctor's we've seen at the immediate care center as well as our general practitioner who is located in the building. They also have a pharmacy on site which makes it convenient for filling prescriptions in one stop. There is also ample parking and convenient drop off areas for each building. more
