I strongly do not recommend to rent in this place. Personnel in Blue Ridge office is very RUDE and maintenance is very SLOW. They have so many rules and use them toward their benefit. When we had an emergency repair request, nobody showed up fo hours. We are looking for a new place to live. more

I lived at Palomino's Green River twice. The first time (4 years ago), the management and maintenance were excellent. No complaints. I rented a second time based on my good experience the first time. This time, it was different. Pros: Excellent location, amenities, maintenance. Cons: Avoid Green River until management personnel change. more
