Lots of promises at point of sale but no follow through. My experience with this company and the monitoring group he represents (Central Security Group/Guardian) has been one of the worse I have ever experienced with any company. Problems first started when our key pad went out. You are promised 48 hr service. Try two weeks but only after many phone calls begging for a return call, promises to come out and never showing up. Finally get someone to come out, of course he doesn't have what he needs to fix it. So he has to come back the next day and shows up with out calling first. So supposively it is fixed and ready to go but come to find out he didn't sync the the upstairs control panel to the system, so it is still not functioning correctly. I call back he promises to come back the next day to fix it...never heard from him again. After repeated calls directly to PSS and Central Security. And by the way Central Security customer service isn't much better. \r

Purchasing a security system is all about confidence and peace of mind. Obviously that has been lost. No way I would let someone with such little integrity and character back in my house. Cost me nearly $500 to get out of contract but a small price to pay to not have to deal with this out fit every again. You get what you pay for!!!
