Editorial review from Citysearch 3/17/2013

the ""tenants"" vinnie911 installed there were evicted for urinating in the middle of the road. they are also responsible for stealing the phone, and hocking the t.v.\r snowshoe was evicted as well.\r as with any review, you must consider the source.\r true the park is not fancy; but it is quiet, safe and clean. more

I would rather be living with my parents than to put up with the crap that goes on here. First off, I don't know how the health department lets this place stay open. The RV's are old, run down and moldy. I am surprised I didn't get sick from breathing in what I call a tin box. Everything is either breaking down, falling apart or one rainy day away from raining inside. It always smells like cat poo from all the stray cats that some of these residents call pets. Walking from the door to the pavement is like a war zone full of mines that are piles of freshly laid cat fesses. Not to mention, the cats have battles of their own on the top of your RV in the middle of the night waking you up. Second off, the place is full of crack heads and deals go down constantly. The crack heads are accompanied by drunks who stumble over their own feet to and from the gas station next door. Now I will say there are only a few people that are respectful, pleasant, considerate and can hold a conversation with out invading your space or pissing you off. Third of all, the pool is the best feature this place has, and its not even that good of a pool. You are always sharing the pool with dead insects, fallen leaves, loose hair and most likely pee from the children. It is never maintained every day like it should be, and who knows when its going to be open during swimming season. The laundry department always eats your quarters and never cleans your clothes. You save money by using the gas to go to the laundromat down the street. I always hear you get what you pay for, but if you are considering moving here because its affordable... You will be paying WAY too much. If this is absolutely your last resort, I would recommend taking your change and buying a lock to secure your door. It is not uncommon for someone to break into a RV and robbing you of the very little you may have. If I were you, I'd save your money and take it somewhere else that would be worthy of being called a home. P.S. I was forced to rate this place... I wouldn't even consider it getting a piece of a star. more

I just recently helped some people get a rental in this place, due to financial and credit issues. Wasnt even 10 minutes, set my cell phone down to read and sign some papers. Was leaving and had just pulled out of the parking lot and I realized I left my phone on the desk. Hadn't even been 5 minutes that I arrived back there and it was gone. The two dirtbag managers there had stolen it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and walked up and down 66th street looking for it, in case possibly something else happened, but I knew they took it. They sure work fast there. To make a long story short, they waited for an opportunity to take whatever they can from all of the tenants and they do. I had set my friends up with furniture and appliances to help them get established and the dirtbags knew this. They watched me bring stuff into the trailer for weeks. FInally after several weeks, they assisted in getting my alcoholic friends trashed and then proceeded to have one arrested and the other to supposedly sell all of the contents of their home for $50 dollars. I called and asked if I could just get my television back and they tried to sell it to me. They were well aware that most of the stuff in the trailer belonged to me, and the long haired dirtbag manager just laughed, told me to call the police and hung up. This man has a family and children and this is the example he set for them?? I had given this man my number in the beginning in case something happened, and he knew full well what he was going to do before it ever happened. They prey on people who are weak and have very little. Awful!! Always trust your gut instinct. I wouldn't reccommend this place to the cockroaches!!! more

Trailer Park - Lower .... lower income. Narcotics, drinking, sleaze. Even the rodents left. Run down trailers crammed together. Not a place for children. Yuck! Cons: All more
