Louis, the owner, became my 'best friend' - they were the nominated shippers for our container from new orleans to Australia. They tacked on an extra $1400 to our already $7000 shipping fees. When I asked him what the extra charges were for, he replied that there were so many pieces of furniture that they had to 'wrap'. He said he was going to charge $2000, but he's doing me a favor. Well, our container arrived - the guys in Australia who were here to receive the container and deliver to me, could not believe when they opened it, how nothing was wrapped - everything just thrown inside. Hence, we now have a broken dining room table, deeply scratched entry table, and several other broken items. I would NEVER use this guy again - he's a BIG talker, and will try to smother you with compliments. Cons: con-artists....will take your money and not do the service more
