From our first contact via referral from a satisfied customer, we have had nothing but PROFESSIONALISM from this company. The marketing folks were superb; the operational moving crews were not just ?heavy lifters? though they did some heavy lifting. Every man on the crew was a professional in word, act and deed. We actually moved two homes into one over a 90 mile trip and three days. Trey?s Crew who moved us from the cottage wonderful. They understood our desires and they met every request with a smile and ?can do.? Mike?s Group moved out of our home and was absolutely great. They took an interest in our home, insisted on making it just ?right? and worked steadily, quickly and effectively. I cannot recommend this firm enough. After each stage of our move the marketing manager, Tom Faket , the front office folks, and the operational group were there when we had questions and followed up with each step in the move. I had heard from some of my friends how many movers are kind and courteous till they take your money and then the work is outsourced to some other company. Well but I had to move so I called the first company that I saw online with a decent number of positive reviews and that was this mover . When I called their Customer Service office they were very friendly and their office manager nice and friendly young lady gave me a price quote that was very accurate. I wasn?t charged extra for anything except $75 for packaging some of my stuff I decided to add. The driver and the movers were at my house on time and my stuff was delivered with no damages and on time. I would be happy to recommend this company to my friends and to anyone planning on moving soon. They packed and wrapped everything with care and the entire move happened to be just a stress-free moving experience! I have never considered a move as being easy, but Packers - Movers - Atlanta Best Movers helped make this one easier than any others. The movers arrived on time--acutually called to see if they could come 30 minutes early. They were courteous and ;professional in every way. They were careful with the furniture and moved efficiently. They completed the move in record time. I would defintitely recommend them and use them the next time I have any moving needs. I would highly recommend using ALL OUT MOVING for all your moving needs. I have used the company 3 times now over the last 4 years. All the guys were in uniform and very professional and careful not to damage anything. They proctected my hardwood floors, and carpet.You could tell the crew had worked together for a while they just clicked well together.They work by the hour, BUT, they work fast and safe.I have used other moving companies in the Atlanta area, I own rental houses and I help my new tentants find a Mover. I really have used about 6 other companies. ALL OUT MOVING INC is by far the best and I will Never use any other Company as long as ALL OUT MOVING INC. is in Business. I also like the fact that they are a member of the Better Business Buera. And The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. Pros: They were on time every time. more
