we bought a crestliner sportfish from pacific marine in march 2013. we live 2100miles away in manitoba ca. the pictures on the web were very accurate, we were not disappointed or mislead.jack's team were very helpful with us in closing the sale.staci/bee were life savers in document prep.we took a chance with this dealer driving all this way to see a boat we could not find elsewhere, and are so happy we did!!! they helped us get a custom cover,stored our trailer for a couple of days, loaded the boat on our trailer when it was time to go.jack should be very proud of his team. al/edie butland steinbach mb. more

I purchased a 2005 Tracker Tundra boat from Pacific Marine Center and had a Great experience. Jack was patient with all the phone calls since I am from Canada Plus never bought anything without seeing it and trying it out.\r I did the deal with Jack and of course Staci sent all the proper papers for the final sale. I purchased a Premier pontoon boat from Pacific Marine Center and was very pleased with my experience. Jack went above and beyond to make the deal right and I truly appreciate that. We live in Washington State so this was a long distance transaction for us. Staci was fantastic with getting us connected with hotels in the area and getting the proper documents together for the purchase. Once we arrived the boat was clean and ready for a test drive. I purchased a boat from Pacific Marine and never seen it in person. I live in Utah and after traveling 8 hours to pick it up, it was everything I was told it would be. Very Happy with the boat purchase experience at Pacific Marine. The price was very fare and Jack was always available to answer any questions before I decided to make the trek down from Sacramento to pick-up my 2007 SanPan 2500RE. Once I decided to buy the boat, Staci did an excellent job coordinating all of the loan documentation so that we could get the boat out on the water for Fathersday Weekend! When I showed up to sign the purchase docs and make a final review of the boat, they were very accomodating - Their technician spent over an hour with me just going over all of the details and operation instructions for the boat. This was a great experience, and I will definitely recomend Pacific Marine Center to others. more

AWESOME DEAL. I'm very happy with the 210 Ranger Reata fishing boat I purchased from Pacific Marine. I live 1200 miles from there in Wyoming and after talking to Jack he was great to deal with. December 23, 2011 we purchased a boat from Pacific Marine. We live in British Columbia, Canada so we never actually met Jack or his staff but could not be happier with the treatment we received. They made sure all our questions were answered; the boat was in top running order and all the proper documentation needed was in order when it was delivered to the border. Because we needed the boat shipped in the winter they shrink-wrapped the boat and placed ""Dry-Z-Air"" in the boat to stop any moisture (we found this to be the little extra that was appreciated). I purchased the boat and have been there a few time buying accessories. Everyone there is very welcoming and have alot of knowledge in the product they sale. more

I have to agree with this guys comment. Pacific Marine Center considers itself a professional business and they are everything but that. I recently purchased a boat from them, they were kind and courteous, made promises and said everything necessary to make the sale. They obtained the sale and since then, their professionalism and promises went down the drain. I've had to invest close to $2,000 dollars on the boat they sold me making repairs and fixing the problems they had promised to fix for me. If I had to do it all over again and would have done my research on these people, I would not even step foot in this business. Beware, be cautious, if you consider making a purchase from them, get EVERYTHING in writing from these guys 'cause they will rip you off. I can't say I've ever stressed as much on a purchase than what I did with these guys. Buyer we ware. I'm trying to save you a headache and your wallet. I have never been treated so rudely and lied to as much as from the owner and employees of this company. I was sold a boat that was described as 'just like new - it had been used for three hours'. After I bought the boat I realized there were several deep scratches in the boat, a hole in the bottom of the boat, velcro on the seats were tearing, scratches on the trolling motor had been covered with black paint, huge scratches on the bottom of the motor, the light pole was bent and the hinges were bent. Once I contacted the owner Jack the rudeness began. When I tried to return the boat I was surrounded by a group of men using intimidation tactics. I have had the boat for a month and it has been at the 'shop' for three weeks of that month. My calls are not returned and when I actually get to speak to someone I am told my boat is ready or will be ready by the end of the day. This has been going on for three weeks now. BUYER BEWARE! I wish someone would have posted a review to warn me. Pros: Easy access, good selection of boats Cons: Intimidation tactics, phone calls are not returned, customers are treated rudely once a boat is purchased, lying more
