It took PST 2 weeks to tell us what was wrong with our pc. So if you think that's great service, then hell yeah-5 stars all the way. I guess I'm just different! $90 for 1 hr of diagnostic service and 2 weeks to tell you what is wrong, well, you do the math! more

This computer repair shop is one of the very few that know both Mac and PC’s inside and out. In my business I have to use both, so it's great to be able to get both taken care of at the same place. Some places claim to know Apple’s OSX but really don’t. I would never take my computers any place else. Also much better service than the Apple store. more

Recently my hard drive crashed, and unfortunately I didnt have it backed up. I took it to PST and they recovered all my data and installed it on the replacement drive they installed in my iMac. Thanks PST.\r more

Awesome service, no waiting and no games. Why be treated like a number and wait in long lines in the mall only to be told your mac is 'vintage' and they cant repair it! These folks can repair older macs and pcs and dont insult your intelligence. Will definately use again. more

Nice company to work with. I highly recommend them. I have been using them now more than 4 years and would never go anywhere else. Their repairs are timely and fairly priced. More importantly they go the extra distance to help out. They are closed on the weekend but came in on a Saturday just so I could pick up my computer when I couldn't there during the week and needed it for the weekend. Thankyou PST! more

Very friendly, helpful, effective, and fast service. Whats surprising is that they also have very reasonable prices. I had a problem with my MacBook, went and dropped it off at PST, and within a day, they called me and let me know it was ready to be picked up. Other local places such as best buy and comp usa, told me that i needed to buy a new computer. The guys at PST Computers were great, and i will definitely come back for any computer assistance that i may need. more

If I could give NO STARS, I would. I called beforehand to ask if they could handle a simple modification on a computer for my special needs daughter for her Christmas present and was told ""no problem"". Christmas came and went and now it is March. They broke the part I brought to be installed, made me wait three months, never called me-I always had to initiate communication and they still want to charge me a service fee! This place is a joke. I WISH I'd read a review first but unfortunately went on a referral from someone who had a simple fix. more

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! 1/7/2011

There are better and more honest places to take your mac than PST... Dont bother with them , since they are everything but honest. They are the kind that will tell you that part A is better than part B when is not true and will lie to you to sell their parts at twice the price. Also as a previous user stated : they are all for the money ....forget about the customer .. It is hard to believe they are still in business. more

Bend Over with Lube 1/31/2010

What should have been repaired in a week took over 7 weeks. They never return their call as they promise. The are closed on weekends at at 5pm during the week. Be prepared to bend over so they can assault you without lube. Horrible experience Cons: The list is too long more

Good and Fair Repairs 12/12/2009

I have used these guy twice and have found them fair and friendly. I have had problems with the Apple stores- they are a hassle and take all day to get in to brung my laptop in. These guys are in and out and you can usually pick up the next day. I'd give them a chance if you are tired of the Apple store hassles. (I used them for a iMac repair and a laptop keyboard repair. In response to the other review- yeah, you need to replace the entire keyboard, that's the way the part comes.I don't think he was ripped off.) Pros: Quick more

long time for repair and they wont tell you 5/27/2009

I had 2 experiences with PST computers. Once while my mac was covered with Apple care. I had my monitor replaced. they told me 5 days and it wound up being 3 weeks. Just the other day I called to see about re-attaching a key on my keyboard. They said the ONLY thing I could do is replace the whole keyboard. I made an appointment at the mac store and they replaced the key at no cost. Keep in mind my warranty is expired. not only that I want to say that they transposed the part and install cost from what apple told me,leading me to believe they are trying to make it seem like they aren't charging more than the part costs. While they may be able to repair computers their ethics are left to be desired. They are in business to make money and not as interested in helping the customer.
