We've been going to Pacc for several years now after a recommendation from a neighbor. The service has always been great and we trust them. They always spell out what they recommend right now and what services can be put off. I've always felt they are very honest. We've since recommended them to some friends and they were happy with their service as well. more

I got tired of waiting for Frontier Toyota to get to me when I brought my SUV in for a simple problem - the back door wouldn't open. I jumped in the car and went straight to Pacc. They were extremely nice, knew what the problem was and gave me an estimate $100 cheaper than Frontier gave me over the phone. They ordered the part from Frontier (they use factory parts whenever possible) and went there themselves, since Frontier takes about 2 hours even though they are 1 mile away. They got the part back and realized Frontier gave them the wrong part and didn't have any in stock. Luckily, we found another dealer and they were able to fix it in no time at all. I was so thankful for their help and their courtesy. I will definitely go back there! more

It's eady to make an appointment here. Most of the time you can walk in & they can help you immediately. They are very quick & the price is somewhat reasonable. They are trustworthy & do a good job. I would recommend them to others. more

We've taken our Honda and Lexus to this shop on several occasions and have been happy with the service. The cars are ready on time and prices are fair. There's not much parking in front, but if you go around the building you'll find more parking spaces more

Instead of charging me $3000 plus for a new transmission your staff took the time to look\r up the Honda policy for an extended warranty on my car. Pacc Auto came recommended by some locals in Valencia who knew of the place but had never gone there, but they were well known to specialize in hondas and have experience. Needless to say I did not enjoy the service I received there at all. I brought my car in for a timing belt and water pump change. They quoted me a fair price and I dropped my car there in confidence. They called me 30minutes before the scheduled pick up time that my car was ready and that they needed to charge me $150 more for replacing the engine gaskets which they already had gone ahead and done. Now one could see this as a ""favor"" but I was not to pleased. They have already charged me the labor to open up the engine to change the timing belt. Also one would ordinarily think that with experience they would know that the gaskets would ordinarily need to be changed, they did not even mention the possiblity of this earlier on. And a gasket costs $5-10 each. I asked and canoodled with them to please take off that charge and honor their quoted price and made the point that they can't just add charges up without counseling with me about it first. Now I am still doubting if they even did change the gaskets at all, because one year later I have a slow oil leak coming from the timing belt area. The whole experience left a bad feeling and I never want to go there again. So be forewarned if you are a educated consumer trying to get a good deal, learn more about your car and have good maintenance, then forget it. If you are coming in for convenient service and have deep pockets then go for it. they will probably not counsel you much on the state of your car and anything else that needs to be taken care of. They will be there to take your money when the next disaster hits. Pros: convenient, fast Cons: poor customer service and attention to details more
