Attention: People of Doylestown, OH... I leased a home from P.N. Gilcrest who also owns the Sweet Shop and a medical facility here in town. There is black colored mold in the basement and they refuse to do anything about it. ServPro has confirmed the mold but can not test it. It has been nearly a month and Gilcrest?s attorney Hal Bowers of Wadsworth, OH refuses to cooperate with me. He insulted me and hung up on me. The worst part of this entire event has been the fact that I have two small children in the home and Gilcrest knows of this. Be Aware!! This is a call for public safety and awareness? Don?t be a victim like us.
