Fantastic service! My only complaint was that I purchased a gas heater from P. Gagnon that was not satisfactory, I ended up junking it after 10 years of trying to make it work. ...

Replaced oil tank in cellar 12/8/2018

Did an excellent job. came on time and finished on time. Left the area clean. Worked with me on setting up a convenient time. Have had them take care of our furnace for over 25 years. Have also put in a new furnace for us a few years ago. more

Great Outfit, P Gagnon & Son 7/3/2017

Been using P Gagnon for 20 years. They have always offered reasonable and competitive pricing for the oil I buy. When something goes wrong they show up,365 days a year, never had a problem when the heat goes out. Highly recommend them!!!! more

Propane tank repair 5/8/2017

Upon ray return from an extended trip, I found an empty propane tank. Within amour of my call to P Gagnon the technician arrived to check the system. He identified a tiny leak at the base of the quantity gauge. He then called in an Oder for a replacement which arrived in LAN hour. Thirty minutes later I was back in business--even got a credit for most of the lost fuel. Great work P Gagnon. more

Recent service call after power outage 3/24/2017

I figured that because of the power outage that there would be a considerable wait before service would be available. That was not the case. The serviceman was here shortly after my call. It took him maybe l5 minutes to determine what the problem was, promptly obtained the part from the office, installed it and immediately the service to the attected zone was restored. Actually the comfort level for that zone is now better than before so I now feel that the replaced part had not been functionally operating for a while. The repairman's initials are EFF. (I think) Thank you EFF more

There is a wonderful tech at P. Gagnon. His name is Matt. He diagnosed a serious problem with our furnace, and saved our furnace and our health. This man is great, wonderful to work with, and he should be given a promotion and a raise. more
