I haven't had a problem with this computer store. Each time I go in I have received fast friendly service. Just bought a Mac Desktop computer. I have wanted a Mac for awhile and have been really happy with it so far. more

Not Impressed! 2/16/2011

Took my MacBook in because it wouldn't boot. I asked for a full diagnostic on it, and all they did was run a memory test and then return it to me. I still do not know if my logic board is bad as the tech admitted he hadn't tested anything but the memory... Thankfully, CPU has started servicing out-of-warranty Macs, so I took it to them for full testing, because I trust them. It just seems to me these people are lazy, and won't do more than they absolutely have to. more

Good Service 9/30/2005

This is a very nice seller I live in Tyler But still placed the order online bcos i was not aware that these guys where based out of tyler They called me at once frm my contact details and told me that since i live in tyler only and my house is abt a mile from their warehouse i can come and pick it up at once They also canceled my online transcn themselves as that was more with shipping and so I cooly went and picked up the same at site more
