Oyster Point Car Wash

I paid for their ""gold"" wash ($22.95) and left disappointed. The outside and windows looked good, but their vacuuming and cleaning of the inside of my car left something to be desired. The floors were poorly vacuumed and the console and dash weren't even touched. I clearly did not get what I paid for. more

I started working there about 3 months ago and they pay you min. wage with ""tips"", there tips are a joke because they gave me 8$ for 2 weeks of work. They split the tips with everyone whos working so it doesnt matter how good you clean the car. Theres no incentive to working hard there, but if you slack for 2 sec you get your ass chewed out. If you ask to be cut, they will purposly keep you there, ive had my experience when i had a headach and they cut everyone but me and 1 other person up front. there 30$ wash compared to there 5$ wash is a joke, for 30$ you get the same wash and dry, but when it comes out of the tunnel, we wash your windows and put some armor all on your car. Ive had a couple different jobs and this is definitly the worst run buisness ive ever seen. I look forward to quitting and its like im counting down days to freedom. You cant treat your employees like crap and expect them to be happy with there job. I feel i have the right to warn people about this buisness and nothing i said here should hold me responsible for slandering a buisness becuase in my view its the 100% truth Pros: None.. besides i keep my own car clean Cons: Everything about how they run their buisness more

This place can care less about its customers. I had my car washed there and the guy broke my antenna off of my car. I told the guy, and the owner came over and looked at it, and said ""we dont cover after market parts"". He then turned around and went back to work, he could care less what had just happened, and this was the owner!!!!!!!! If you go there, wash your own car, and PLEASE mention this review, I want this guy to know that he cant screw his customers and get away with it. Pros: car was clean Cons: i have to pay god knows how much to replace the entire antenna assembly more
