Oxford Plumbing and Heating sent two great servicemen out to help fix the damage from a recent power surge in our neighborhood. We had no heat, hot water and multiple appliances were fried ! I want to give a big "shout out" to JOSE for getting the heat and hot water back online as well as MIKE T ! Mike hooked our the dishwasher and made sure the replacement washer/dryer was running correctly. I highly recommend this company and these two technicians in particular ! Hannah Spruance more

Tim was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained my options in simple terms so I was able to make a decision easily. He took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. more

Mike T. -repaired water heater 10/11/2018

Water heater had sediment in the bottom and Mike drained and refilled it and now I can take a shower in nice clear water. I highly recommend Mike T. for any plumbing problem you have. He is neat and very conscientious. He explained every step of the procedure and now I have nice clear water in which to bathe. Thanx Mike T. more

Quick service and polite interaction! 9/10/2018

Greg T. just responded to a phone call regarding our air conditioning unit. It had stopped working over the weekend. Greg arrived within 2 hours of our phone call and immediately identified the problem. Not only did he fix the clogged drain, but he also provided tips on improving the efficiency of our unit. He changed the filter as well. The visit was quick and he was enormously polite. The whole experience was very positive. more
