While I understand that ""things happen"" and the medicine is an ""art"", I find it utterly impossible to understand how a gold crown made in 2007 came out three times- having been lost on the third. Then to make matters worst, a new gold crown was made in 2010, July. The Dr. used the new Super Duper whatever adhesive, guess what, the crown is out again, #4. So, I asked for my money back. The office person KAY was rude, laughed at me, told me i didn't have a gold crown....it was surrealistic. I can't imagine spending another moment in his chair. The next chairs he and I sit in will be in court, I want to go to a DDS that can actually fix my tooth.
