The restaurant participates with Restaurant dot com, we bought a certificate to try this restaurant out. We called ahead to reserve a table and verified that the certificate would be honored when we dined. We were told ""of course"". We gave the certificate to our daughter, who ate here before going to her prom. At the end of the meal her server told her that since she was going to a special event, the restaurant wouldn't honor the certificate, my daughter had to pay full price.
I called to settle this issue with the manager and this is when the real unprofessional behavior began. The manager introduced herself as Cricket. Then continued to interrupt me as I described my displeasure. With a horrendous attitude, she finally agreed to accommodate the certificate and kept making the rudest sighs and comments as I dealt with her. she even hung up on me twice while we were talking on the phone.
With such unqualified management in charge of this restaurant, no doubt the service and food would suffer as well. STAY AWAY. I will communicate this horrendous issue to everyone I can. I will do my part to assure that nobody I know ever eats here again. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
