Stay away from Outrigger Photo 4/28/2008

This place has the worst ""exchange"" policy. First of all, they don't have a return policy...no returns whatsoever. Their exchanges can only be done M-F during business hours even though their are located in the heart of tourist Waikiki. Their customer service is non-existent.
