I called to donate my car, the rep was very helpful and took down all my information in a matter of minutes. The process was very simple, she just needed some info about the car and my name and address. The next day a towing company called to schedule an appointment to pick up my car. The towing company worked around when I would be home to come pick up the car. The next day they came and picked up the car and gave me my paperwork. Very simple and easy to do. I would definelty recommend it if you have an old car just sitting around. more

shady from the get go!! towing company didn't show up for days when they said. when they finally did, they supposedly didn't get the title I set in plain sight, on the console by the shifter. wanted me to get a duplicate title and would reimburse me. so I did that, put the print out for the reciept and title in envelope. then I get a call, there was no receipt. come on!!! they were sealed in same envelope!!!! and I would need to send that again. (and waste another 2-3 weeks) Either: one of the worst run companies I have seen or a bunch of scamers. would not reccomend at all!!!! way better charities out there that don't spend 40% of revenue on advertising to make more money! give more to the kids!! they prey on kind hearted people to fuel their own agenda. place registers as syngogue so they don't have to report earnings or distributions to ""real"" charities. in my humble opinion..... stay clear!! The other reviews on this ""charity"" are obvious plants. The organization behind it has no interest in helping disadvantaged children; it is only interested in furthering its political and religious agenda. Local news has covered it extensively. Type ""Outreach Center Scam"" into YouTube or Google an you'll see links with those stories. more

Outreach's staff were friendly and professional at all times. If you are looking to make a quick and simple donation to a dependable charity, you can't go wrong with the Outreach Center. Pros: Quick towing, friendly staff, offices open 24 hours a day & 7 days a week more

I was thinking about selling my car. It was worth a few thousand, maybe 3 at the most. I took out an ad in the paper but it cost a lot and was a hassle to show the car to people who weren't even interested. My boyfriend and I decided to donate it to help the Outreach Center and the children that they support. It was so easy.
