I've eaten at this location of the national chain a few times, and the service was so awful that I refuse to eat at this one ever and hesitate to try another location. Once we were ar party of 6 and they seated two parties of the same size who arrived after us with no reservation. Once, we ordered food to go, and when we got home, 1 dinner had wrong side dishes and another dinner (mine) was missing all together. They gave us a gift certificate, but truthfully I don't even want to redeem it.
