OutToday. Com was very efficient and very organized. They showed up in a reasonable time, and they knew their equipment very well. They put everything together, and I have no complaints. It all works perfectly. It was my first time using them, and they put in a new furnace. They took care of all the Obama paperwork for getting a rebate on time. more

It is the first time we have used OutToday. Com. We had some outages in our lobby, and we called a different company but they didn't return our call after 2 days. OutToday. Com came out the same day, and everything was all fixed and taken care. They were very thorough, polite, good workers. more

OutToday. Com sent me a card in mail saying that it was time to service my furnace, and it turned out that I needed a new one. I didn't stop to tell them to wait for me to get a second opinion. He made it seem like I needed to get it that day for safety reasons. I did feel like I got a little pushed into it, because he scared me a little about the safety. I believe what he said, and he did the whole service before checking the safety, so he didn't walk through the door with the intent to sell me a new furnace, but at the same time he made it feel like it was very important to do it that day. It hasn't been cold, and I haven't had to turn it on, so I probably had time to get more information and estimates. They were all very nice. They did what they said they would do, and they gave me all the paperwork for rebates. They are very thorough; I just think I could have got a better price. more

OutToday. Com was really conscientious when they did the work, and they looked for other things while they were here. We had them come out to do a little work on the new installation, we had a small problem because of my ignorance of the system, and when they came out they noticed we had a problem with our hot water heater. We wouldn't have known otherwise. We replaced it. It is good to do business with a company that is not just a one man operation. You get the experience of several people. When the guy at our house was having some trouble another technician came right away to straighten it out. Before, when we used a one man business, we were stuck without heating for 4 or 5 days while he figured everything out. This time the heat was just down for one day and running again in the evening. You might end up paying a little more for the product with them, but I think it is worth it. more

Using OutToday . Com was somewhat an accidental experience. We got a free checkup of our furnace, as did several of our neighbors on the same evening. They made a proposal and we accepted; we were quick in doing so because our furnace had a defect. They replaced the furnace, and the experience was not too bad. We had chosen a furnace to get a rebate from energy savings, but unfortunately we couldn't get the original one we wanted because it physically wouldn't fit in the area. The furnace is running fine with no problems. They really were fine. I think they are a young firm, but they seem like they do a lot of things right. Gary is the manager, and he is very good with the public. He is a very nice guy. more

The initial guy seemed to talk me into the furnace too fast. I wish I could have waited, but he seemed to rush me, and I got kind of stressed out. I felt afterwards that I got talked into it, and I am not really happy with that. I also ended up with two different financial services, with two different credit companies. That means I will be getting two different bills and two finance charges. If I had known that from the start I would have said no. I have been a widow for 2 years, and my husband was ill before that, so now everything is breaking. There were 4 major things I had to get replaced, so I would have like to get a little more out of the furnace, especially because it was still working. I am a little frustrated. However, I am happy with the furnace and the thermostat. Everything is working great. The young men who put it all in were also great. more

I called OutToday to come look at my bathtub water pressure, which was very low. Graeme gave me several options to upgrade my system. He gave me options to replace my water heater and offered me a 10% discount. However i just did the basic. He was very nice, professional, and helped me with all my concerns. As he walked through my home he made sure his shoes were covered. He cleaned his mess up once he was finished with the job. Im overly pleased with the work that was done by OutToday. Went far beyond the Call of Duty. more

We got a card for a furnace inspection from OutToday. Com, but I put it aside. On December 31st all of a sudden I was feeling really cold, and I realized that the heater was only giving out cold air. I couldn't figure out why it was not working, so I quickly found the card and called OutToday. Com. We paid a little extra to reserve a time slot from 12 to 3 that day because it was a Friday, and we wanted to be in time for Shabbat. We needed someone quick. Rodney came at 5 minutes to 12. He was phenomenal. It turned out that there was a part broken, and he had to go to 2 places to find it. He rebuilt our FCC system and told us that we have the best heating unit available. We have had it for a long time. Rodney did a really good job. He didn't leave until he was sure it was working. He was really nice. This is the first time we have ever used him, and I would recommend them. We even signed up for their yearly inspection. more

I am very satisfied with OutToday. Com. Their service was great. I am on a fixed income and they were willing to work with me. The technician, Robert, called the office and worked out a deal that was very beneficial for us. more

I'm a little biased because I know the owner. I knew OutToday. Com was his company, so I gave him a call because I had work that needed to be done. I was surprised to see him come out himself for the service call. He came out and did an estimate for me. I checked around with others, got some other estimates, and he came in at a good amount. He gave me a bit of a discount, which was pleasing. The only thing that probably wasn't so great were some problems we ran in to from a lack of planning. We walked together for the estimate, and I didn't think to say anything either, as we were kind of rushing through it. He ended up cutting a hole through the wall and into a supporting stud. It did no harm to the structure of the house, but replacing the stud extended the timeline of the project a couple of days. Other than that, it went okay. The end result was pretty good. It looks a little bit like they had to improvise in places, but it's an old house and has lots of interesting problems. I'm a stickler for appearances, and I'd probably have to do all the work myself to get it up to my standards, but the overall quality was good. They were careful not to mess anything up, and took great care with my hardwood floors, which are easy to scratch. I might have some other work for them, if my fussiness doesn't drive them off. They're good enough to warrant giving them some more work. more

OutToday. Com was very prompt in coming out; I was actually able to schedule them the next day after calling. They were very courteous. They put in a new furnace and electrical panel for me. They cut a hole in the pantry floor where a contractor was later going to make a hatch, but they took the wood piece with them. One of the guys cleaning up must have thought it was garbage. There was a lot of cold air coming out of the hole, so my boyfriend had to buy a piece of plywood to cover it up. That was really my only complaint. The contractor used that plywood we bought to make the hatch, and OutToday. Com is going to give us the money for the piece of plywood. Otherwise the guys were really nice. Even though I said they didn't have to, because my carpet is stained and needs to be cleaned, they put down a piece of tarp and used foot covers. I was busy the day I called them, but they scheduled a visit for the next day. They were half an hour early that morning, so they are very prompt. I enjoyed them a lot. more

The estimator who came out to evaluate the job took a lot of time to answer all of our questions. He was very thorough and professional. We were really impressed with him. We had to have LED lights installed in the ceiling, and he mentioned that there could be a problem with the existing cans. But it turns out the technician who came out did not have to carve holes at all. So, they installed four new can lights, and everything turned out perfect. The electrician was quick and professional. He would actually hold a cardboard box in one hand so he could catch shavings as he cut with his other hand. He was very conscientious about not making a mess. We were pretty impressed. more

OutToday was fast and accurate. I called Day and Night, and this was the group that came out. Under the cabinet there was an air gap between the dish washer and the garbage disposal, it had been ripped out by someone, and they fixed that. They also looked at the hot water heater's leak and found an easy way to fix it. They finally got our hot water running. They were very clean and neat. more

OutToday team deserve 5 stars for job well done! Gary is the smooth operator who will return any questions, details, conerns asap via email (unheard of most electricians, plumbers.. etc) to coordinate the project to truck along! My apartment needed few odds and ends fixed from kitchen faucet realigning, tile re-coating, brick hole patching, floor and wall junction weatherproofing that the previous contractors neglected to even call me back on and poof, the job was done in two days by OutToday. Impressive! and the price was Oke! I highly recommend the professional, honest and timely mannered team and I will use them again for future improvements! more

Everyone from OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical was really good and very friendly. They answered all my questions when I had them, and they were on time. Everything was done professionally. There was no mess left behind; they cleaned everything up. They did a really good job. They were helpful and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone because I had no problems at all. Half of our power went out, and when we called OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical they came out within 2 hours. They checked everything out right away and told us what needed to be done, as well as giving an estimate. The electrician came out the next day. It took him 2 days to put everything in because he had to special order the living room heater. When I asked him to bring something to lock up the fuse box so that my 4 year old grandson couldn't get in, he was really good about it. He brought me a special fuse box and lock in order to insure that my grandson, who really likes to get into things, would be safe. Both the electrician and the guy who came out the first day were very friendly. OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical said that they will come out twice a year to check everything out in order to make sure it is working. They drain the water heater, and do everything that is needed, to maintain the 10 year warranty. more

Great experience with outtoday! I had no heat when I got home from work and as I started calling around I found out that most places were already closed. Fortunately outtoday was open and got a technician out to me that evening, I ended up getting my old gas furnace replaced in less than 24 hours & was finally warm! It felt great to have a company out that actually cared. more

Everything was good with OutToday. They showed up on schedule and did the work. They installed the equipment, answered all our questions, and were pleasant and helpful. The installers knew their business. They did excellent work. We had OutToday put in a new air conditioner and furnace. I can only say the best things about them. Rodney, Mike, and, as my wife says, Courteous Chris, were the main installers for the unit. There were also 1 or 2 other helpers that came and went throughout the project. I would recommend them highly for anything. The experience was absolutely super in every aspect. We may very well call them again for service in the future. more
