I went there a few nights ago to pick out a skateboard for my son for the Holidays. Brendan was there and was a great help! Everything went very well. Brendan was very helpful and friendly. In contrast to the other comments, I did not feel like an outsider even though I am not a skateboarder myself. We will definitely be going back again! Mike more

Good store but way to cliche 8/21/2005

This skate shop is good if you are looking for a place to buy some skating shoes or a new skateboard. However the people here are not very friendly and are pretty much posers. The guys working there try to make it seem like they know a ton about skating and make it seem like they are cool which is kind of annoying. Overal good stuff anoying people more

Even some of the employees look like that too. I shouldn't judge anyone. I mean the store is great. I just dont feel that comfortable in there. more

X-sports haven 8/18/2005

Every town needs one of these places to satisfy the teenage thirst for extreme sports. If you are into snowboarding or skateboarding head on over here and get all sorts of merchandise from those x sport name brands, of which i know not much. There is a certain type of "crowd" that hangs around stores like these, but they shouldnt give you too much trouble. more

typical skater shop 8/17/2005

Out of Bounds is one of those extreme sports stores. These extreme sports include skateboarding, snowboarding, and roller skating. Service is alright as long as you look like a "skater." However, if you do not look one thing like a skater then beware. You will be stared upon till you feel like you are a celebrity. All in all , Out of Bounds is a good place to go if you need extreme sport merchandise. more
