My family and I are Japanese-American, we lived in Japan for most of our lives. We know and eat Japanese food almost daily. This is a KOREAN owned and operated restaurant. The employees do not speak Japanese or know how to cook Japanese style. This is a facade - they are Korean. If you like hot, spicy, garlic, kimche then you should go to this restaurant. If you want real Japanese food do not consider this place. The sushi bar is maintained by Koreans who do not have any training in the art of sushi. Do not recommend for Japanese.
