Acceptable 3/27/2014

Oswalt Restaurant Supply's delivery was fine. I just made an online order and they're just like any other online vendor. I thought it took a longer than usual time for the item to ship and mailed I would have preferred being given an option for quicker delivery as it was a gift. 3/2/2014

Worthwhile 2/28/2014

I buy my goods from a number of fsw companies. Having received very good service from Oswalt as an end customer, I get a lot of good metal products and I purchase various items from them. If you are a casual shopper, you should definitely buy in bulk from Oswalt. more

I've only placed one order with Oswalt Restaurant Supply, but I will place one again. My experience with them was very good. I placed my order with them, and then when I felt it was about time to receive the order I called them. They were very willing to check it out right away. There wasn't any delay or anything. I knew the status of my order and that was very important to me. more

Cheap, quick supplies with great customer service 4/3/2013

I have known Marty for years and we save so much money on shipping by using Oswalt Restaurant Supply. They bring supplies quickly, efficiently, cheaply and they provide good customer service. They are also using other Panera Bread Restaurants around town, per my recommendation. more

We have been buying from Oswalt Restaurant Supply as long as we have been a business so about 18 years now. We don't even shop our business. We tell them what we need and they get it for us. Their pricing is better than anyone in town. They easily satisfy any of our needs. Oswalt Restaurant Supply is always willing to help me find what I need. Anytime I go in there they help me to find what I'm looking for, and if they don't have it, then they help me to order it or point me in the right direction. I've used them for quite a while now and will again. The staff is on top of things and provides good service with a smile. more

Everyone at Oswalt Restaurant Supply has been very helpful and actually walks me through things when I'm in a bind. I've bought faucets and other products from them and recently my manager in Mustang bought a microwave from them. Give them a chance! Check their prices, they have really good prices.
