Welcome to the REAL world with OST trucking company. I used to work for that slave driving company. I ran 2 log books, only was able to get 2-3 hours of sleep a night, constantly forced dispatched & treated like total crap!! 2 drivers actually died because OST ran them to death!!!! BAD company with Bad service, period more

I have used this truck for the very first time, I guess it would be my last one too. They said they will send a driver....but you are not really sure. They are supposed to answer the phones until 5pm but at 4:45pm no one is availble, oh but wait, they do have an answering machine that says if you are calling prior to 7am and afer 5pm to please dial 234 for the dispatcher...only thing is no one answer that extension and you can't even leave a message, because the answering system will tell you that the mailbox has not been set up.....bad, bad service! I have told them today at 1pm a load was going to be ready in a couple of hours, it is now 5 1/2 hours later, driver is not there, customer is upset...need I say more? Cons: uhm where to start?? more

Had my property from Germany shipped overseas to my home here in Pennsylvania. The container was transported to Baltimore's Port. I had this company pick it up and store my furniture in their warehouse where I later picked it up. They were very easy to work with and helped make a difficult process much easier. I was even more amazed none of my great grandmothers furniture had a scratch on it. more
