If you are going to this spa with friends, be aware that you will not have a private massage room. There is a room with 2 massage tables & a room with 3, and not even a curtain to divide the space. If you go in summer, you may want to bring along your own lightweight robe because the spa robes, while quite nice, are very warm and the spa itself is warm. You may also want to bring some fresh fruit or yogurt if you are going to be there for several services. There was a good assortment of beverages, but limited snacks & not what you'd want after a massage (trail mix, cereal bars, & biscotti). There are 2 luxurious bathrooms with showers, but no other area to fix hair & make-up... challenging with a group of 6 or 8 women?! Last, be aware that you will be asked to tip 15-20% when paying for your services... awkward. When did a 15-20% tip become the norm for a $100 massage? The therapist is a professional & if she makes just 50% of the fee, that's $50 per hour & more than most clients are likely to make. I do tip, but it's a little like tipping my dentist?! All this crap aside, THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS VERY NICE & THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT. It's just good to know what to expect. more

My husband bought me a gift certificate to Osiris, and if I knew how relaxed and pampered I'd feel at the end of my time there, it wouldn't have taken me four months to make an appointment! The atmosphere alone is calming. This day, I had the deep tissue massage, anti-aging facial, and a pedicure. All services I had were first rate, and I never felt rushed along. I was there for over 5 hours! I also enjoyed the whirlpool, sauna, and steam shower. I had it all to myself, which was nice. They try to book it that way, they told me. The kitchen area was wonderful as well, as drinks and snacks are provided. Try the cushy chaises in between services; I need to find one of these for myself! I highly recommend this place. The cost is justified with the amenities, atmosphere, and professionalism of the staff. Pros: Atomsphere, extensive menu of services Cons: a bit far of a drive for me, but worth it more

From the moment I arrived I was impressed with the gated entrance and felt I was entering another world. The grounds were impressive and calming. The entire staff was extremely professional and helpful through out my entire day. I started my day in their whirlpool and sauna, had lunch outside on the patio surrounded by the sounds coming from the waterfalls of the Koi pond. I can't believe the array of services they offer. The services I had were better than those I've had at other destination spa's. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who wants a true ""day spa"" experience. This place is unbelievable. Fantastic, professional service. Beautiful and luxurious amenities. The massages and treatments are first-rate. I recommend this place to anyone in the area. Take the extra time to use the sauna, hot-tub, steam shower, and relaxation area. It's like a reset button for the mind. My favorite treatment is the Sports Massage.
