Josh continued his training and gained valuable experience at the highly acclaimed Rottie's restaurant in Jensen Beach. His biggest and most important task at Osceola Street Caf is working along side the owners,Beth & Marlene,to create new Dinner Menus on a quarterly/seasonal basis. His expertise has helped to develop a menu of casual elegance and flavorful excellence. Osceola Street Cafe is also Stuart's Premier Caterer with catering for all occasions from casual to elegant.
