Great experience with this Company and with Cynthia Ortiz. She has managed my properties,sold, and rented with me giving her a full power of attorneyfor the past 10 years and all my contracts, reciepts and documentation and monies have been well invested, she has even made me over 40k in money on new investments and has protected me from many errors I am very satisfied with the service and Integrity of this company I highly recommend their services.Thank you Ms. Ortiz, look forward to new business. more

Never ever pay Cynthia Ortiz in cash, never leave the pay to line blank on your check's or money order's and never ever pay her in advance. Always always always Pay by cashier's check and Get a real receipt and make sure she signs her name not some fake name like she likes to, get a contract, get everything in writing before you leave. Do not let her promise to give it to you later because you'll never get it to you and if you do things will be changed. She said that the people posting bad reviews only do that because they aren't happy with themselves. Right?? When it's more than one person on more than one site then it is obvious they aren't happy with you Cynthia. more
