Yes it's an abortion clinic and you're going to deal with protesters. Unfortunately the clinic cannot help that. Their website made me feel like they were kind and comforting but when I arrived I was just another patient, barely acknowledged. It was a difficult time for me and they said they offered counseling but no one asked me anything about me. Just basic procedures. My appt was 9am and I did not leave until 3pm. Yes they do tell you that it's going to be awhile but my apt was not surgical and I had no idea why it takes so long. The nurses sit there and just chat. I went back for a follow up and I asked the nurse how long just to let my driver know and she said she didn't know. No estimate of any kind. I waited for a little half an hour and no one was getting called so I just left. more

horrible experience. rude staff. long wait. protestors. found out doctor has lost his license 5!!! times. how is this place still open..will never go there again. more
