I have had several bad experiences trying to find exterminators who actually show up for the appointments they make. They either don't show at all, call to cancel, or at the very least show up much later to the appointments without giving you notice that they are running late.
I have not been impressed down here. One company I would suggest you Avoid Entirely is Orkin!!!! Although Orkin is a nationally recognized chain, down in the Raleigh area they did NOT show for my Free Termite Inspection or even call. I called them twice on their national customer service line to report this and was given 2 case #'s. I was told they would have the manager call me. I never received a call from anyone either time.
I even emailed their national customer service and was given a case# and was told a manager in the Raleigh area for Orkin would call and there still was no call. My suggestion, " Don't beat your head against the wall" trying to get any type of service out of Orkin down here. They just don't care. You'll be wasting your time and probably your money. UNDEPENDABLE!
