Orion Cove Apartments

Moving here was a very BAD mistake. Trish has a very nasty attitude. She's a liar and don't care about the tenants at all. Everything breaks in the apartments. Once you call to get something fixed it breaks again after a week or two. Your heat bill will average about $400 a month. That has never happened to me before until I moved in here. In the winter if its the weekend don't walk from your apartment to your car you will fall because of the ICE on the ground. They don't salt on the weekends. I advise anyone not to move here its like being in HELL. I see why the security deposit is only $99 because after you move you out they will charge you for everything that they should have fixed. more

There has been nothing but problems since the moment we moved in. No matter how many times we make complaints or call maintenance, nothing ever gets solved. If you?re not a smoker, you may as well not even bother looking at this complex. We don?t smoke, and the inside of our apartment smells like smoke so badly that it is almost unbearable. The neighbors also smoke other ""substances"" inside their apartments, and not only our apartment, but the common area inside the main door smells like it. After many complaints to the front desk, nothing has been done about it but a letter that says ?it?s against the rules, please stop?. (Since then the problem has not gotten any better). We also had birds in the walls this winter, and we were told there was nothing they could do but let the birds die inside our walls. On top of that the main door doesn?t lock so anybody that wants to come in can. And when the door does decide lock, our intercom system and the button to open the door is broken so we have to go downstairs to let visitors in. Maintenance has been to our apartment to fix this problem 3 times (just for it to break again in a week!) It?s obvious from the other reviews that this isn?t just a one time case. Once you?re in the contract, they just don?t care much about you! We would honestly rather pay to break our lease agreement then continue living here. more

This Place is the worst apartment I've ever been in! The Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate! Our air and heat break all the time and are never fixed right so it breaks within a week again! Police are always being called in! No one cares about you here and if you have a family please think of your kids and do NOT move in here unless you are really really really desprate!!!! These are apartments are so trashy. Everything is falling apart. The building doors are kicked in and the lights are always broken out, I don't know if it is so much the maintanence's fault or the low-lifes that live there. If you want a place to feel safe, this is not the place you want to live. Pros: Good size apartments Cons: Parking, Ambience more

My advice is to to stay away from this apartment complex. Once you sign on the dotted line they never care about you again. The maintence here is pitiful. We have had them out over numerous fixes and they NEVER fix it right the first 2 or 3 tries, somethings have never been fixed. Routine maintence to the building is almost non-exestince, countless streetlights, main entrance doors and many other things go unfixed, even after many complaints. Cons: too many to mention more
