I have been a member for ten years since their PTCU era, and my husband even a lot longer. And I had been a happy, satisfied customer until they became Onpoint. Since the change, I have been billed for a couple unauthorized service fees at least. First, they signed me up for auto bill pay without my consent and billed me for the service. Though I got refund, this shouldn't have happened at all. Second, they charged my husband's account for overdraft fee even though he's had overdraft protection for years and there was plenty to cover the overdraft. Again, I got the refund back, but it shouldn't have happened at all. I am very unhappy for this inconvenience they have caused. Now I'm looking for a new credit union or bank to switch to completely. I am done with them.
Pros: The biggest credit union in Portland, I guess...
